This ultra-lightweight transmitter contours to your body for a comfortable fit and feel and includes a built-in battery. This monitor displays time of day, calendar, daily alarm, and visual and audible alarms. You can set high and low target zone alarms to help monitor your training regiment, and with a 10-hour stopwatch and 10-hour single/repeat countdown timer, you'll be equipped for interval training. The scan feature slowly flips through the various readings--maximum, average, and minimum heart rate--for no-touch visual monitoring.
